BOASSO Barolo Margheria 2005 – Score: 94 Impressive aromas of ripe fruit and asphalt. Full-bodied, offering big, juicy tannins and loads of fruit. Mouthpuckering, with massive structure, yet generous and round. Not imported into the U.S. Best after 2011. 350 cases made.
BOASSO Barolo Serralunga 2004 – Score: 91 This is superperfumed, with ripe strawberry and flowers oozing out. Full-bodied, yet reserved and chewy. Needs time to open, but this young Barolo is structured yet delicate. Best after 2011. 375 cases made
BOASSO Barolo Serralunga 2005 – Score: 90 Aromas of wild raspberry and flowers follow through to a full body, with silky tannins and a dense, polished mouthfeel. Long, flavorful, soft and pretty. Not imported into the U.S. Best after 2010. 350 cases made.
BOASSO Barolo Gabutti 2005– Score: 90 Aromas of ripe strawberry and fennel seed. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and intense, attractive red fruit. Slightly one-dimensional, but will develop complexity with bottle age. Not imported into the U.S. Best after 2011. 200 cases made.

Barolo Margheria 2004 – Score: 90 Lush plum-berry aromas with hints of earth, truffle and meat juice that are replicated on the palate. Still youthful with aggressive tannis that need time, but should evolve wonderfully.
